One Direction's Harry Styles Still Not Over Caroline Flack Romance?

Harry Styles has certainly gone through his fair share of women since finding fame, but it seems he hasn't let go of his first celeb romance with Xtra Factor presenter Caroline Flack and still listens to a mix CD she made for him while they were dating.

According to childhood friend Nick Clough, the singer keeps the CD, which includes Carly Rae Jepsen's, in his Audi and listens to it when he's at home. Harry and Caroline dated for three months, finally breaking up in January 2012, following criticism of their relationship.

Fans and fellow celebs attacked the couple over their 15 year age gap and the fact the One Direction star was still only 17 years old when they were dating, but according to Nick, Styles was head over heels for the pretty 33 year-old.

“He was always really popular with girls," Nick told The Mirror.

"He had a lot of girlfriends through our school years. None of the girls said no to him. He’s always been able to get whoever he wanted."

“If he wants a girl he’ll set his mind on it and get her if he wants her," he claimed.

"I think when Harry first got with Caroline (Flack) he was pretty proud of himself.”

Speaking about when he last saw Harry he said: "We had a little drive around, catching up, listening to music."

"He had a CD in the car that Caroline Flack made for him. It was made up of cute little songs that they listened to together. One song on there was Call Me Maybe and we were singing along to it."

He added: "Then we went to McDonald’s and had a drive-through.”

Since then Harry has dated the likes of Taylor Swift and Cara Delevingne, but could he still carry a torch for Flack?

The problem with celebrities dating each other is eventually they are going to be rubbing shoulders, drinking the free champagne and chomping on canapés at the same party.

And that’s exactly what happened to Harry Styles and Cara Delevingne last night – but instead of playing it cool and acting like Ross in Friends where everything is FINE, Harry got a little close to Cara’s ‘wifey’ Rita Ora.

Harry and Rita appeared to be a pout away from a kiss as they mingled in the VIP area at the O2 and War Child Brit Awards concert last night.

The pair had been watching Muse perform the intimate gig and were later pictured invading each other’s personal space while Harry’s rumoured ex Cara is stood just a few feet away trying to ignore the chemistry between them.

In a recent interview with Grazia, Cara revealed: “I know Harry [Styles], he’s a good friend of mine, you know, it was... the whole thing is that everyone’s been linked to him.”

The 20-year-old model added: "One week I had 40,000 followers and then I had 70,000 on Twitter and suddenly it’s like Mrs Harry Styles, die, b*tch, die.

“And it’s funny because I’ve always been quite good at taking criticism because I criticise myself a lot, generally.

“Some of them can be quite funny and creative about it. But the 'die in a hole' ones? Like, whose nine-year-old daughter are you? That’s f*cked up."

Harry will be performing with One Direction as they debut their charity single cover of Blondie’s classic One Way Or Another at the Brit Awards tomorrow night.

The One Direction star went out with comedian James Corden and Radio 1 DJ best mate Nick Grimshaw for some delicious Mexican food to line the stomach at La Bodega Negra.

After their grub. the three musketeers went on to private members club Groucho and were joined by Harry’s exes Cara Delevingne and Caroline Flack.
Fit model Cara even ditched her trendy friends at a Burberry party nearby to make an appearance for curly-haired singer’s 19 birthday.
There was no sign of any of his 1D bandmates as he stumbled out of the swanky bar and onto Base night club until 3:20am.

Harry looked more dapper than usual in a sharp blazer with a scooped white t-shirt, skinny black jeans and stylish suede boots.
It's only a coincidence that Harry and Cara wore identical colours, isn't it? While the lovely Caroline opted for her Sulley of Monsters Inc fame style fur jacket.

Harry was joined by football agent Dave Gardener as one passerby jumped in for their photos as they both resisted the urge to go into Subway for a foot-long Meatball Marinara.
At around 4am, Harry was still conscious enough to sign into Twitter and write: 'I feel olllllllllllldddddddddddd.'

In August Cara, a self-confessed tomboy, was spotted out with the 1D lothario at a London nightclub.

Sources say Harry was smitten but staff at the modelling agency had other ideas.
“Storm just thought Harry was too down market, they didn’t think Cara should be dating a member of a boyband – it was all too low rent,” our source revealed.
“They hung out for a while but as far as they were concerned it was never going to go anywhere.”
