One Direction - BRIT Awards 2013

Brit-winning stars One Direction have revealed that the film crew for their new movie follow them everywhere - even to the loo.

The boy band - Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson - were continuing filming of the documentary as they collected their global success award at London's O2 Arena last night.

They are in the midst of making a 3D movie with the director of Supersize Me, Morgan Spurlock.

Horan - speaking backstage at the awards - said: "Spurlock's here himself. We're shooting the movie now... it's actually just been in the toilet with us - no lie.

"It's going to be very access all areas."

He added: "It's been a good start to the week, because on Saturday we open up our world tour here at the O2, and that's going on until November."

He said the film was due to appear in August. "It's going to be a very exciting year," he added

We caught up with the lads backstage at the awards ceremony, where they admitted their new movie is literally access ALL areas

One Direction with their BRIT Award, and their trousers sadly very much fastened up

It's likely that the BRIT Award scooped by One Direction was created to get the boys on stage.
But when the boys delivered their impromptu winners speech backstage they literally shared too much information in the classic sense of the phrase.
The popstars are currently filming for a new movie that will be shot in 3D and Niall Horan confessed: "We're shooting the movie tonight.

"It's actually just been in the toilet with us."
He added: "It's going to be very access all areas."
Bandmate Liam Payne chipped in: "Especially in the toilet."
And Niall, 19, joked: "That's something to look forward to."
1D won the Global Success Award and were quick to thank their fans for the success.

Speaking backstage, Niall said: "Our fans are the as amazing all around the world."
Louis Tomlinson reflected: "Its been a great night and it was great performing but to win an award is huge."
Their charity single is number one in 63 countries, Zayn Malik said: "We're just massively grateful to be a part of it and have the opportunity to do something so amazing for such a good cause."

Filming in 3D with One Direction

Harry's doing his best not to pretend he's freezing
Most kids their age are making Christmas cards in lessons at school but the lads in One Direction are still working hard.
Instead of using glitter and glue to make arty and crafty designs for their parents, the boyband were shooting scenes for their new documentary-movie.
Niall Horan revealed that the blockbuster will be shot in 3D and released next year - which is exciting for teenage girls and closet twentysomethings who can’t get enough of the boys.
Harry Styles was looking a bit chilly as he pulled his sleeves over his hands when they were filming on the banks of the River Thames.
He was wearing an odd flat peak hat, too. Which may or may not be the sign of a man who’s ready to settle down.

Louis Tomlinson looked as if he was doing a bit of singing in the stills, while the others were doing some deep stares in different directions to create some kind of weird atmosphere.
The shoot was all dark and moody as they pretended to enjoy themselves in the freezing cold. It’s a completely different look to their colourful preppy style from two years ago.
"We've been documenting stuff for a long time actually, just because it's important," Louis revealed to Billboard magazine.
"We've had a crazy week and a crazy year, it's important to document everything on the way really.
"I'm excited about the prospect of the film, it's a great chance to all get across our personalities," he explained.
"The fans do know them to a degree, but they'll get a real chance to have a real insight on what our day to day is and exactly what we do."

One Direction to Begin Filming Their 3D Movie

One Direction
Get ready, Directioners! Morgan Spurlock will begin shooting the One Direction 3D film this week!
TV NZ’s One News reports that filming is set to start in Tokyo — and that Spurlock is convinced 3D is the way to go for the movie. (And not just because it’s as close as a lot of us will get to reaching out and grabbing Harry Styles’ sex-scented hair.)
“Once they can crack that nut of having a true 3D experience where you don’t have to have those glasses or sit at a certain angle, it will become a conversation again,” Spurlock said of the medium. As for why he wanted to document 1D, well, why wouldn’t you? Still, he has a legit explanation, too. “These guys have gotten so huge in such a short amount of time — why?” (Um, listen to their songs and look at their beautiful faces.) He added, “What makes them more special than any other people?”
The guys are just as excited to work with Spurlock as he is to work with them. Niall Horan said of the ‘Super Size Me’ auteur, “Morgan works well because … he did a lot of documentary movies. It’s going to be a concert movie, but with a documentary side than concert side so we wanted to get our personalities across because the fans know us, but we want them to know us deeper.”
And don’t forget — the Directioners are the real stars, so get camera ready!
