The boys of One Direction have been allocated personal assistants to look after their every need. Get them, eh?

Lucky Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson each have an assistant of their own, while Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Zayn Malik will have one to share between them.

A 1D insider tells 3am that the hardest-working boys of pop — combined age 27 — needed help in organising their busy diaries.

So label Sony and mentor Simon Cowell allowed them to interview and appoint their own choices.

No surprise that they’ve all plumped for [hot young] females.

So the quintet, who are performing at tomorrow night’s Brit awards, now have the kind of support team that Mariah Carey would kill for.

As well as PAs, the members of the boyband have *deep breath*... managers, publicists, financial advisers, stylists, asset managers, around-the-clock security and drivers. Phew.

A source said: “The guys have incredibly manic professional and personal lives, and they started getting stressed out about their ever-increasing workload.

"Obviously the record label don’t want them burning out, so they came up with the idea of letting them appoint personal assistants.

“The idea is for the PAs to run their diaries on a day-to-day basis, and make sure they turn up to dentist appointments and photoshoots.

“With the world tour coming up, it is essential they are on top of everything and put under as little stress as possible.”
