One Direction have turned into proper tourists on their trip to Japan

The boys have been tweeting snaps of their food and hotel room views. We REALLY hope they're not wearing sandals with socks too.

Umm...what's with Zayn's bed head? We're sure they have hair gel in Japan

Having caused mayhem when they touched down yesterday, the One Direction boys have got down to business in Japan.
They're officially there to promote their second album, Take Me Home, and start filming their first 3D film (it's OK to let out a little squeal at that thought), and the work has already started, with the boys attending their first Japanese press conference where they were presented with a MASSIVE bouquet of flowers and generally had a giggle.
Hands up who loves Japan!?

Good luck getting those flowers home, Liam

Over their three day stay, the lads will also appear on Japanese TV's Friday night music show tonight before hosting a fan party on Saturday.
But just because they're working hard, it doesn't mean that Harry and co haven't been making the most of their time in the country.
Harry's charm translates everywhere, it would seem

Shedding the kimonos they wore to arrive at Narita International Airport, they checked into their swanky hotel only to be knocked out by the amazing views.
Niall and Harry both jumped onto their smartphones to tweet the obligatory 'look how amazing my hotel room view is' picture.

...and Niall's view. We've concluded that Harry is better at taking pictures.

"The view from the room is unbelievable! Beautiful city" tweeted Niall, with Harry simply saying: "Sooooo Hi Japan!"
Having studied the photos and noted the differing perspectives, we've concluded that Harry and Niall's rooms are across the hall from one another. Not that we need to know where all of 1D are in relation to one another at all times. Oh no.
The guys have also being sampling the local food, with Niall tweeting a picture of the "amazing sashimi" he'd been treated to, calling it "incredible."
